How is it possible for any personal information to be not left with the Helpline?

There is no membership registration process for the Redwhistle Helpline, the informant's information is never entered and the user's IP information is not stored from the beginning, with the IP tracking prevention system, etc. Therefore, any personally identifiable information is not left at all. (*except when a person is selected to make a registered, named report)

Is there a possibility that the reported information will be leaked externally?

Any information reported through the Redwhistle Helpline is not stored as it is processed by being plaintext encrypted, so only the user and the manager of the institution can verify the information, and even the Redwhistle does not know the contents. Moreover, the deciphering key for the encryption is distributed over several overseas servers, including the US, and therefore, even with an attempt at hacking, the reported information is safe and there is no possibility of being leaked externally.
